This plugin loads a chat widget script from FARDAGAR AI and sends
visitor chat messages to that service to generate answers.

Setting up your Fardagari chatbot is simple and requires no technical expertise.
- In your WordPress admin area, go to Plugins Add New.
- Search for Fardagari.
- Click Install Now, then Activate.
- In your WordPress admin sidebar, go to Fardagari to open the plugin settings.
- Click Connect to Fardagar. You will be taken to SignIn page .
- If you have not registered yet then click signUp, to create a free account.(Public email services are not supported.). A verification email will be sent to you. Check your email and click the verification link to activate your account.
- Once logged in, go to the Dashboard in the website. You will be in management page. Here you can scan your website and upload documents to build your knowledge base.
- When setup is complete, click button „Back to WordPress“ , you will be taken back to your wordpress website. The chatbot will be enabled on your website automatically when setup is finished.
Account Requirements
- An account to website Fardagar AI is required to use this chatbot.
- A company email address is mandatory for sign-up (public email services such as Gmail,Yahoo mail etc. are not supported).
- Your Fardagar.ai sign-in/sign-up email must use the same domain as your WordPress admin email. For example, if your WordPress admin email is me@mycompany.com, then your Fardagar.ai email must also end with @mycompany.com. The part before the @ can be different.
- Your WordPress site must use HTTPS.
Building Your Knowledge Base
You can add information to your chatbot in several ways:
- Website Scanning — Enter or select your website and scan it to discover available pages. Select the pages you want to add to your chatbot by checking checkboxes. If your website has sitemap.xml, then click button „Scan Now“ in front of discovered sitemap URL to list the pages. Once selected, click button „Ingest Selected“. The information in selected pages will become part of your knowledge base. It may take several seconds to complete. Processing time depends on the amount of content being added.
- Document Upload — Upload PDF, DOCX, or TXT files.
- Manual URL Entry — Add specific web pages manually.
- Managing Your Knowledge Base — At later stage, when your documents are revised or updated, you can delete the old version and add new ones.

Your business content is stored and processed in European cloud regions.
Fardagari’s main application and knowledge-base infrastructure operates in Frankfurt, Germany. AI inference operates in Stockholm, Sweden, and our embedding infrastructure is restricted to European data centers.
We use established cloud infrastructure providers including Oracle Cloud, AWS, and RunPod while configuring customer workloads to remain within European regions.
Your data is never used to train any AI model.

Is the chatbot really free? What is the catch?

Yes. Fardagari is currently in its early growth stage, and we participate in startup support programs from companies such as NVIDIA and AWS.
These programs help reduce some of our infrastructure and technology costs, and we are passing part of that benefit on to our early users.
The current free-plan limits (2000 messages per month, 50MB data storage) will not remain unchanged forever. As the service grows, we expect to introduce paid plans for businesses requiring higher usage and may reduce the limits available on the standard free plan.
However, we want to reward the businesses that support Fardagari during its early stage.
Our first 100 customers will retain the current free-plan usage limits for one year after paid plans are introduced and the standard free-plan limits are reduced.
This gives early users the opportunity to use Fardagari for free while helping us improve the service through real-world use and feedback.

What happens if the chatbot doesn’t know an answer?

The chatbot will respond that it doesn’t have the answer in its knowledge base, rather than making something up. This ensures your customers always receive accurate information. You can always add more content to improve the chatbot’s responses.
