The widget script URL is fixed and never user-controlled.<\/li>\n<li>Settings require the <code>manage_options<\/code> capability and are protected by WordPress nonces.<\/li>\n<li>Clean uninstall: deleting the plugin removes its stored settings (including on multisite).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin connects to the FiveMinChat service, operated by Vibgyor Techsolutions, to show an AI chatbot on your site. The chatbot cannot work without it.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Widget script<\/strong> - on every public page (only after you save a Bot ID), visitors' browsers load <code>https:\/\/cdn.fiveminchat.com\/widget.js<\/code>. The request sends the usual browser data (IP address, user agent, referring page URL).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chat API<\/strong> - when a visitor sends a message, the widget sends your Bot ID, the message, the recent chat history and a random session ID to <code>https:\/\/api.fiveminchat.com<\/code>. What should I check?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><ul>\n<li>You have saved a valid Bot ID in <strong>Settings &gt; FiveMinChat<\/strong>. The status on that page tells you whether the widget is active.<\/li>\n<li>Your theme calls <code>wp_footer()<\/code>.
