Block style: Indent<\\\/h2>\\n\\n\\n\\n
Description list<\\\/dt>
A list of terms and their descriptions, marked up with the semantic dl<\\\/code>, dt<\\\/code> and dd<\\\/code> elements.<\\\/dd>
Term (dt)<\\\/dt>
The name or term being described. Colour, spacing, indent, font size, font style and font weight can be set separately for terms.<\\\/dd>
Description (dd)<\\\/dt>
The description belonging to the term above. Add, insert or delete term and description pairs right from the block toolbar.<\\\/dd><\\\/dl>\\n\\n\\n\\n

Block style: Grid<\\\/h2>\\n\\n\\n\\n
Indent<\\\/dt>
The default block style. The description is indented relative to its term.<\\\/dd>
Grid<\\\/dt>
Terms and descriptions are laid out in two columns. The column width is adjustable.<\\\/dd>
Disable Block CSS<\\\/dt>

Build glossaries, FAQs, product specs and other term\u2013description lists in the WordPress block editor (Gutenberg). The Description List Block outputs a semantic HTML definition list: a <dl><\/code> element with term (<dt><\/code>) and description (<dd><\/code>) pairs, the markup made for exactly this kind of content and understood by browsers, screen readers and search engines.<\/p>\n\n
