Although I am a c# programmer, I am a WordPress neophyte and for me it was quick and easy to install and use. Couldn’t be happier. In addition, there was a small incompatibility with my particular site, and I emailed the developers. Within hours they responded, asked for error logs, found the incompatibility, and pushed a fix. What a great product and support.
